Refund Policy
At Little Dojo Buddies, we want you and your little warriors to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our refund policy works:
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Due to the nature of stickers and personalized products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@littledojobuddies.com
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company as refunds may take some time to post.
3. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, refunds will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
